Q1: Withstand the twists and turns / twists and turns
A1: Please use the handle provided with the filter to assist. If you feel resistance when twisting, please push the filter into the machine first, and then twist, it will be easier.

Q2: There is no blue light after replacing the filter element.
A2: Although the manual of ADD6911 indicates that it can automatically reset the filter element indicator, it may not be successful. Please follow the instructions [page 17, Chinese paragraph, paragraph 9 (2)] to replace the filter element. First remove the power supply for five minutes, replace the filter element, and then reconnect the power supply and turn it on. Our company recommends 15 minutes. Most of the red light customers can also solve the problem.

Q3: The water outlet of the filter element is different from the original filter element.
A3: The water outlet of the filter element has been improved to be more effective in waterproofing and reduce water and air leakage. Therefore, it has the opportunity to be different from the original tight model with both flat and convex styles.

Q4: The water machine makes strange noises after changing the core.
A4: It is very likely that the filter element is not twisted to the correct position. There is an arrow on the top of the filter element. Please follow the icon on the body to twist from unlocking to locking. If you encounter difficulty in twisting, please use the handle to assist.

Q5: "EF" error code displayed
A5: Press the normal temperature water button + 150ml button at the same time for 3-5 seconds to cancel the EF message
